By booking a tour with Iki Food Tours (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“you” or “the customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
• Reservations are non-transferable unless approved in advance by Iki Food Tours.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• All bookings are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Please ensure your schedule and availability before making a reservation.

3. Tour Changes or Cancellation by Us

• In rare cases (e.g., extreme weather, venue closure), we reserve the right to cancel or modify the tour.
• If we cancel the tour, you will be offered a rescheduled date or store credit at our discretion.

4. Health and Safety

• By joining the tour, you accept all risks associated with walking, dining, and travel.
• Please notify us in advance of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. While we try our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee allergen-free meals.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• Iki Food Tours is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation in the tour.
• You are responsible for your own personal belongings and conduct during the tour.

6. Age and Behavior

• Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• We reserve the right to remove participants behaving disruptively, without refund.
